I’m such a perfectionist sometimes. I freak out because I can’t measure how much exercise I do, how many calories I burn and such when I do certain activities, like cleaning my home or walking or such. How am I supposed to know how much I’m supposed to eat (with the additional amount I need when I exercise), if I can’t measure the amount of exercise I am doing? How can I lose weight sucessfully? This is really exasperating me.

I’ve also lost some inches, because I decided to cut out junk food and fried stuff. How would I keep this weight loss even after what has happened to my metabolism?
